Detailed description (English): At BikeFinder, we believe that safe, connected, and reliable cycling is key to truly inclusive mobility. During Sykkelfest Stavanger, we will meet with riders, families, and community members to talk about how preventing bike theft removes barriers to cycling and keeps people moving.
For many, a stolen bike means losing access to school, work, or essential services — a form of transport poverty. Our mission is to make cycling a trusted and secure choice for everyone, regardless of income, location, or ability.
Our action will:
Demonstrate our Advanced Tracker and show how it protects bikes and keeps cyclists rolling.
Share tips and best practices for bike security with riders and families.
Raise awareness about the role of bike theft prevention in sustainable, equitable transport systems.
Invite the community to rethink mobility choices and see cycling as a reliable, safe mode of transport.
By engaging directly with riders at Sykkelfest, we contribute to a future where mobility is available, affordable, safe, and sustainable for all — from Stavanger to cities across Europe.
