Detailed description (English): “Speak, Learn, Move” is a creative community campaign that combines online language learning with the promotion of sustainable urban mobility using non-formal education methods. The project targets young people and community members, encouraging them to adopt eco-friendly travel habits such as cycling, walking, and using public transport while enhancing their language skills through interactive digital workshops.
Using engaging online platforms, participants take part in language sessions focused on vocabulary and topics related to environmental awareness and sustainable living. These sessions are complemented by practical challenges and group activities that promote active participation and behavioural change towards greener mobility.
The campaign integrates non-formal educational tools like peer learning, storytelling, and project-based tasks to create a fun, inclusive, and motivating learning environment. By linking language acquisition with real-life sustainable practices, “Speak, Learn, Move” empowers youth to become informed, responsible citizens who communicate effectively and act consciously for a healthier urban environment.
Through this initiative, we aim to raise awareness about sustainable mobility, support lifelong learning, and foster a sense of community responsibility, all while breaking down language barriers and using digital tools to connect participants locally and beyond.
