Detailed description (English): Join us as we explore the network of cycling paths across the Florence Plain, starting from Calenzano and heading toward Prato, Sesto Fiorentino, and Campi Bisenzio.
Participants will be divided into three groups, each following a different itinerary through the scenic flatlands, discovering how easy and enjoyable it is to move around the area by bike.
- Meeting point: 9:30 AM at Calenzano Town Hall
- Mid-ride stop: Aperitivo offered in each of the three towns
- Final stop: Lunch in Calenzano for all participants

Objectives: Promote sustainable and active mobility through the use of bicycles as a practical and environmentally friendly means of transportation within the metropolitan area.
Raise awareness of the existing cycling infrastructure connecting Calenzano, Prato, Sesto Fiorentino, and Campi Bisenzio, encouraging its everyday use by residents and commuters.
Foster inter-municipal cooperation in the development and enhancement of soft mobility networks across the Florence Plain.
Encourage community participation in initiatives that support healthy lifestyles, environmental responsibility, and public space requalification.
Engage citizens of all ages in discovering their territory from a new perspective, promoting a sense of belonging and active citizenship.
