Detailed description (English): The school, families, and neighborhood associations want to celebrate
the school year together, recalling the importance for children and families of having:
- the right to education and spaces for growth and discussion;
- safe streets in front of schools;
- areas for recreation and free play;
- well-kept, clean, colorful spaces equipped with street furniture suitable for children
(bike racks, waste bins for recycling,
seating for adults and children, etc.)
This initiative includes a party where children can play in an area, free from
cars and therefore dangers, in a festive atmosphere dedicated to recreational activities.
Detailed description (original language): La scuola, le famiglie e le associazioni di quartiere vogliono festeggiare
insieme la strada scolastica ricordando l’importanza per bambini e famiglie di disporre di:
- diritto all’istruzione e a spazi di crescita e confronto;
- strade sicure davanti alle scuole;
- aree di svago e gioco libero;
- avere spazi curati, puliti, colorati ed attrezzati con arredi urbani adatti anche ai
bambini (rastrelliere per biciclette, cestini porta rifiuti per la raccolta differenziata,
sedute per adulti e per bambini...)
Tale iniziativa prevede una festa dove i bambini potranno giocare in uno spazio, libero da
macchine e quindi da pericoli, in un’atmosfera festosa, dedicata ad attività ludico- ricreative.
