Detailed description (English): In 2026, we developed the board game "free wheels" (roues libres) with the financial support of the Belgian Ministry of Mobility.
The game is designed to be played in belgian companies so it aims adult players and can fit in an hour so as to be possible to play during lunch hour.
During the game, each player has to come from his house to his place of employement. At each turn, he decides wether he uses the bike or the car, and each turn adds constraints : weather, kids to pick up, traffic jams...
The player that accumulates the most "well-being" points wins !
In this light hearted way, the game opens for discussion on the advantages and constraints of each transportion mode and can open the players to new ideas, much easier than a presentation would have.
