Detailed description (English): This event transforms a busy street in Tirana into a car-free space for pedestrians and cyclists. On this special day, 'Ismail Qemali' Street will be closed to vehicular traffic, allowing residents to experience the city without the noise and congestion of cars. The event will create a vibrant atmosphere where people can walk, cycle, and enjoy the street as a shared public space. Through this experience, participants will better understand the benefits of reducing car usage in urban areas and how pedestrian and cyclist-friendly infrastructure can enhance city life.
