Detailed description (English): On 17 September 2025, at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, and 13:00, environmental workshops will take place at the Music Kiosk in Cișmigiu Park, organized by the Urban Ecology Service of the Environmental Directorate and the Bucharest–Ilfov Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport (TPBI).
The workshops will focus on:
- promoting the use of bicycles and e-scooters as green alternatives;
- teaching traffic rules for cyclists, scooter users, and pedestrians;
- raising awareness of good manners in public transport, encouraging respectful behavior for all passengers.
Children will engage in playful simulations of real-life scenarios, exploring how safe, inclusive, and polite mobility can be ensured for everyone. Groups will be limited to 20 children and their companions for optimal interaction.
Through these activities, participants will learn that sustainable mobility, safety, and respectful behavior go hand in hand, creating a culture of responsibility and fun in urban public spaces.
Target group(s): Children and teenagers
Objectives: To educate children and young participants about sustainable urban mobility, promoting the use of bicycles and e-scooters, understanding traffic rules, and encouraging good manners in public transport.
