Detailed description (English): Co-established by the CAUPD and the UPSC, the 922 Green Mobility Platform has spearheaded green mobility publicity events for 17 consecutive years. In 2023, the platform produced the 2023 Green Mobility City Handbook under the theme of “Green Mobility, Better Life”. This handbook provides in-depth insights into five key areas, namely public transportation, walking and cycling, minimizing car dependency, mobility management, and smart governance. It features both domestic and international case studies and includes a summarized 10-step guide for organizing Car-Free Day activities. Through the dissemination of professional knowledge, the handbook aims to build consensus, reinforcing the role of the “CAUPD Think Tank” in public education on green mobility. This handbook also represents a response to and support for the “2023 Green Mobility Month and Public Transportation Week Publicity Events” organized by the Ministry of Transport and other authorities in 2023.
The CAUPD, the UPSC, and the Wuhan Planning & Design Institute jointly hosted the “922 Green Mobility Publicity Events in 2023” at the Wuhan Planning Exhibition Hall on September 22, 2023. At this event, the 2023 Green Mobility City Handbook and the 2023 Annual Report on Shared Bikes and Shared Electric Bikes Riding in Major Chinese Cities were released. A roundtable forum themed “Green Mobility, Better Life” was also conducted, covering topics such as challenges in the development of green transportation in Chinese cities, future strategic priorities, case sharing of international car-free cities.

由中国城市规划设计研究院与中国城市规划学会共同建立的922绿色出行平台连续17年开展绿色出行宣传活动，组织撰写了以“绿色出行 美好生活”为主题的《2023年绿色出行城市工具书》，2023年工具书重点就公共交通、步行和自行车交通、最大程度减少对汽车的依赖、出行管理、智慧治理五个方面进行了解读和国内外案例的展示，同时就组织无车日活动的10个步骤给予归纳，希望通过专业的信息分享来凝聚共识，发挥“中规智库”对行业的科普宣传作用。本工具书也是对2023年交通运输部等部门组织开展的“2023年绿色出行宣传月和公交出行宣传周活动”的响应与支持。
2023年9月22日，中国城市规划设计研究院、中国城市规划学会及武汉市规划研究院在武汉规划展示馆联合举办“2023年922绿色出行宣传活动”，会上发布了《2023年绿色出行城市工具书》和《2023年度中国主要城市共享单车/电单车骑行报告》。同时开展了以“绿色出行，美好生活”为主题的圆桌论坛。内容涉及中国城市绿色交通发展存在的问题及今后重点工作方向、国际无车城市案例分享、共享单车企业助力用户提升出行体验的服务举措等。
