Detailed description (English): "Bike in the City" is an initiative aimed at funding projects to promote cycling mobility and cycle tourism. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Sport and Youth, with the support of the Department of Sport, through Sport e Salute S.p.A. and the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI). The aim is to promote cycling mobility, encouraging the use of the bicycle as a sustainable means of daily transportation and as a tool for a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as promoting cycle tourism as a rapidly growing sector that can bring economic and social development to local communities. The event will also feature the presentation of the municipal project entitled "A Gentle Push in the Bergamo Area - Reviving Sustainable Mobility by Pedaling."
