Detailed description (English): The Puy-de-Dôme département (France) have choose to work about health and mobility by actions and projects over active mobility (bicycle and walk) during one week (16 to 20 of September). Members of our collective were invited to take stairs and leave elevator (exception for disabled or injured people). To convince with work over a design active solution (nudges essentially) and information messages about the opportunities and benefits for health and fight against diseases. A second subject is sobriety and energy to go to work or to move in ours workplaces.
Two highlights are going to animate this week :
-Conference about "impact of physique activity on health" by Martine Duclos (fondatrice de l'ONAPS)
-Challenge 7 minutes chrono for which officers are invited to take stairs 7 minutes by day and can win prices to go in thermal spa.
