The Strategic Document represents a first step to explain and share with the Municipalities bordering Zanica some INTER-MUNICIPAL LINES OF ACTION. In particular, it proposes to "EMBRACE THE SYSTEM", advancing actions and objectives. For the Environment and Landscape: protecting natural and biodiversity basins: preserving the continuity of ecosystems. For large-scale mobility: take advantage of the major communication axes and the locational advantage of the airport; strengthening nodes and networks of collective mobility; promote and implement supra-local level forecasts (PTCP - Collective Innovative Transport Service in a protected location, etc.). For the active mobility network: connect to the regional backbones of cycle mobility; enhance the 4 backbones of the tourist and recreational itineraries; rediscover the network of existing "white" country roads; possibility of hooking up to the Bergamo-Brescia cycle path, capitals of culture 2023. Detailed description (original language): il documento delinea lo sfondo tematico di riferimento, in sintonia con la nuova la sensibilità delle Amministrazioni Comunali, toccando temi di fondamentale importanza e forte attualità come la mobilità, specialmente quella "attiva", le reti verdi, le connessioni ecologiche, i servizi ecosistemici.
Il Documento Strategico rappresenta un primo passo per esplicitare e condividere con i Comuni limitrofi a Zanica alcune LINEE DI AZIONE INTERCOMUNALI. In particolare si propone di "ABBRACCIARE IL SISTEMA", avanzando azioni e obiettivi. Per l'Ambiente e paesaggio: tutelare i bacini di naturalità e biodiversità: preservare la continuità degli ecosistemi. Per la mobilità di scala vasta: sfruttare i grandi assi di comunicazione e il vantaggio localizzativo dell’aeroporto; potenziare nodi e reti della mobilità collettiva; promuovere e implementare le previsioni di livello sovralocale (PTCP -Servizio di Trasporto Innovativo collettivo in sede protetta, ecc.). Per la rete della mobilità attiva: connettersi alle dorsali regionali della mobilità ciclabile; valorizzare le 4 dorsali degli itinerari turistici e ricreativi; riscoprire la rete delle strade «bianche» campestri esistenti; possibilità di aggancio alla ciclovia Bergamo-Brescia, capitali della cultura 2023.
