Detailed description (English): Attendance of the course guarantees the acquisition of professional competence, as required by Art. 7, paragraph 1 of DI 179/2021, and participation in the course, along with passing the final evaluation exam, allows the acquisition of training credits (for a total of 24 hours) valid for accessing the conformity assessment process for the Mobility Manager, as provided by the UNI 11977 standard, as well as for the purposes of maintaining and renewing the certification.
Although the UNI 11977 STANDARD, which addresses “Non-regulated professional activities – Professional profiles for the management of people mobility – Requirements of knowledge, skills, autonomy, and responsibility,” is NOT legally BINDING, and the minimum requirements set out in Art. 7 of DI 179/2021 remain high professional competence and/or proven experience, Euromobility offers a training pathway that allows, as confirmed by UNI, the acquisition of training credits valid for accessing the conformity assessment process for the Mobility Manager and for the purposes of maintaining and renewing the certification.
Detailed description (original language): La frequentazione del corso garantisce l’acquisizione della competenza professionale, così come richiesto dall’Art. 7 comma 1 del DI 179/2021, e la partecipazione al corso stesso e il superamento dell’esame di valutazione finale permettono di acquisire crediti formativi (per un totale di 24 ore) validi per accedere al processo di valutazione di conformità del Mobility Manager, come previsto dalla norma UNI 11977, nonché ai fini del mantenimento e del rinnovo della certificazione.
Sebbene la NORMA UNI 11977, avente ad oggetto “Attività professionali non regolamentate – Profili professionali per la gestione della mobilità delle persone – Requisiti di conoscenza, abilità, autonomia e responsabilità”, NON abbia comunque carattere VINCOLANTE e i requisiti minimi richiesti dall’Art. 7 del DI 179/2021 rimangono l’elevata competenza professionale e/o la comprovata esperienza, Euromobility offre un percorso formativo che permette, come confermato da UNI, di acquisire i crediti formativi validi per accedere al processo di valutazione di conformità del Mobility Manager e quelli ai fini del mantenimento e del rinnovo della certificazione.

Objectives: The objective of the courses and trainings is to upskill mobility managers and develop their abilities by recalling good practises and knowledge transfer activities. Furthermore, following the courses distributed by Euromobility enables the mobility managers to acquire the training credits valid for accessing the conformity assessment process for the Mobility Manager according the UNI 11977 standards and for the purposes of maintaining and renewing the certification.
