Detailed description (English): In Shkodra, the bike is more than just a means of transport, it is a symbol of culture and lifestyle. Such a thing has influenced the creation of a particular image for Shkodra, as a city oriented towards urban sustainability and a healthy lifestyle, friendly to the environment. The Municipality of Shkodra expresses its commitment to the creation of the infrastructure suitable for pedaling and promoting the use of bicycles as a sustainable and healthy way of transport.
For this purpose, the Municipality of Shkodra will design a mural in the center of the city, on the subject of the bike and its history. This mural will be dedicated to European Mobility Week.
Detailed description (original language): Në Shkodër, biçikleta është më shumë se një mjet transporti, ajo është një simbol i kulturës dhe stilit të jetesës. Një gjë e tillë ka ndikuar në krijimin e një imazhi të vecantë për Shkodrën, si një qytet i orientuar drejt qendrueshmërisë urbane dhe mënyrës së shëndetshme të jetesës, miqësore ndaj mjedisit. Bashkia Shkodër shpreh angazhimin e saj për krijimin e infrastrukturës së përshtatshme për pedalimin dhe promovimin e përdorimit të biçikletave si një mënyrë e qëndrueshme dhe e shëndetshme e transportit.
Për këtë qellim, Bashkia Shkodër do të realizojë një murale në qëndër të qytetit, me temën e biçikletës dhe historinë e saj. Kjo murale do ti dedikohet Javës Evropiane të Mobilitetit.
