An urban tour with Seconda Cronaca through the most emblematic (and often little-known) spots of Pisan cuisine, from the fake head of Modigliani in a pizzeria in Porta a Lucca to the place where the beef tagliata was invented. Inspired by the stories told in the book Muggini & Michelin Stars, mixing lively storytelling with low-impact exploration.
This bike tour has a limited number of places and is reserved for FIAB members or Seconda Cronaca subscribers. It will be possible to register with FIAB Pisa before departure.

Un tour urbano con Seconda Cronaca tra i luoghi più emblematici (e spesso ignoti) della cucina pisana, dalla finta testa di Modigliani in una pizzeria di Porta a Lucca al locale dove inventarono la tagliata di manzo. Sulla scia delle storie raccontate nel libro Muggini & stelle Michelin, mescolando una vivace narrazione con un'esplorazione a basso impatto ambientale.
Questo tour in bicicletta ha un numero limitato di posti ed è riservato ai soci FIAB o agli abbonati a Seconda Cronaca. Sarà possibile iscriversi a FIAB Pisa prima della partenza.
