Detailed description (English): The Municipality of Shkodra in partnership with the Dutch Embassy in Tirana organizes the workshop ''Cycling Infrastructure and Sustainable Urban Mobility in Shkodra '', in the framework of the Dutch Cultural Week.
Shkodra is known as the city of bicycles. It has an early tradition of using bicycles, making this city known for its cycling culture not only in Albania, but also in the region. The Municipality of Shkodra expresses its commitment to the creation of the cycling infrastructure and promoting the use of bicycles as a sustainable and healthy way of transport.
The event will take place on Monday, 9.9.2024, near the Loro Borici Stadium meeting in Shkodra, from 10:00 to 15:45.
Detailed description (original language): Bashkia Shkodër në partneritet me Ambasadën Hollandeze në Tiranë organizojnë workshopin ‘’Infrastruktura e pedalimit dhe levizshmëria e qendrueshme urbane në Shkodër’’.
Shkodra njihet si qyteti i bicikletave. Ajo ka një traditë të hershme të përdorimit të bicikletës, duke e bërë këtë qytet të njohur për kulturën e pedalimit jo vetëm në Shqipëri, por edhe në rajon. Bashkia Shkodër shpreh angazhimin e saj për krijimin e infrastrukturës së përshtatshme për pedalimin dhe promovimin e përdorimit të biçikletave si një mënyrë e qëndrueshme dhe e shëndetshme e transportit.
Aktiviteti do të zhvillohet ditën e hënë, më 9.9.2024, pranë sallës së takimeve të Stadiumit
