Detailed description (English): Mobiz Intercompany Carpooling Challenge – Project Summary

Objective:
To promote sustainable commuting habits by encouraging intercompany carpooling through a gamified challenge open to multiple businesses across the region (Luxembourg, Belgium, etc.).
Operational Setup:
• Each participating company provides:
• Physical address (for site-level participation)
• Email address of the person in charge of receiving daily reports
• Companies will be registered and users can sign up via the Blablacar Daily platform.
• A kilometer counter will be embedded on the Mobiz website, tracking the shared rides in real-time.
• The initiative is coordinated by Mobiz, ensuring centralised reporting and follow-up.
Visibility & Communication:
• Media partnership with Mediahuis:
• Free visibility banner depending on exposure.
• A feedback piece after the challenge to highlight success stories.
Reporting & Incentives:
• Daily reporting provided to participants.
• Overall mileage saved and CO₂ emissions avoided will be tracked.
Target group(s): Corporate employees, public sector workers, and more broadly, anyone who needs to commute regularly to their workplace.
