Detailed description (English): We've decided to join the carpooling platform called "carpool", in order to encourage our staff and students to travel to the HERS (Haute École Robert Schuman) sites by shared car. Registering our school on the platform allows us to bring our members together in an HERS "bubble" which makes it easier to organize trips to our sites. It is therefore possible to invite the entire community to join the Haute École by sharing a car. But it is especially possible to join existing trip proposals that correspond to the driver's and passenger's routes.
To register, nothing could be simpler! Participants have a code that allows them to join the specific HERS team or group. Then, it is possible to directly record trips for the upcoming weeks. All that remains is to find routes that "match" with other people, and carpooling can then begin!
To encourage the staff members' and students' participation, several dedicated parking spaces have been created for each of our campus, corresponding to the ones closest to the buildings.
Detailed description (original language): Nous avons choisi d'adhérer à la plateforme de coviturage "carpool", dans le but d'encourager notre personnel, ainsi que les étudiants, à se rendre sur les sites de la HERS (Haute Ecole Robert Schuman) dans une voiture partagée. Inscrire notre école sur la plateforme nous permet de rassembler nos membres, sur une "bulle" HERS, ce qui facilite l'organisation des trajets vers nos campus. Il est donc possible de proposer à l'ensemble de la communauté de rejoindre la Haute Ecole dans en partageant sa voiture. Mais il est surtout possible de rejoindre des propositions de trajet existant, qui correspondent au trajet du conducteur, et du passager.
Pour s'inscrire, rien de plus simple ! Les participants disposent d'un code leur permettant de rejoindre le groupe - équipe spécifique HERS. Ensuite, il est directement possible d'enregistrer ses trajets durant les prochaines semaines. Il ne reste plus qu'à trouver des trajets qui "matchent" avec d'autres personnes et le covoiturage peut ensuite commencer !
Afin d'encourager la participation des membres du personnel et des étudiants, des places de parking de covoiturage ont également été installées sur les campus de la Haute Ecole, aux places les plus proches des bâtiments.

By entering the group "HERS" on the website "Carpool", we are encouraging all the stakeholders of the HERS to join this action and start carpooling together.
Objectives: To lower the price per person for one single trip by car.
To reduce C02 emissions for each of us.
To increase the road safety (because less cars will be driving on the road).
To clear the parking with a lower number of cars.
To enjoy a great ride with a partner to discuss with.
To make students / staff members / teachers knowing better each other.
To facilitate the access to our school.
