Detailed description (English): The cities of Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, Troisdorf, Königswinter, the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and the Netzwerk intelligente Mobilität e.V. (NiMo) invite this year for the first time to an intermunicipal mobility day as part of the European Mobility.
Under the motto "Better connected in the region - Intermunicipal Mobility Day as part of European Mobility Week", this will take place on 16.09.2022 from 10 am - 5 pm at the parking lot on Grantham-Allee in Sankt Augustin and at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
The European Mobility Week is a campaign of the European Commission. Since 2002, it has offered municipalities from all over Europe the perfect opportunity to introduce their citizens to the complete range of sustainable mobility on site.
For this purpose, the parking lot at Grantham-Allee in Sankt Augustin will be closed off and repurposed on September 16. There will be an action area with, among other things, test courses for e-bikes/e-scooters, cargo bikes and other forms of mobility, a mini-fair as well as other entertainment and information offers.
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences will host a specialist event on the topic of mobility.
The official opening of the action area will then take place at 10 am by the mayors of the participating municipalities.
Detailed description (original language): Die Städte Sankt Augustin, Siegburg, Troisdorf, Königswinter sowie Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg und das Netzwerk intelligente Mobilität e.V. (NiMo) laden in diesem Jahr erstmalig zu einem interkommunalen Mobilitätstag im Rahmen der Europäischen Mobilitätswoche.
Unter dem Motto „Besser verbunden in der Region – Interkommunaler Mobilitätstag im Rahmen der Europäischen Mobilitätswoche“ wird dieser am 16.09.2022 von 10-17 Uhr auf dem Parkplatz an der Grantham-Allee in Sankt Augustin sowie in der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg stattfinden.
Die Europäische Mobilitätswoche ist eine Kampagne der Europäischen Kommission. Seit 2002 bietet sie Kommunen aus ganz Europa die perfekte Möglichkeit, ihren Bürgerinnen und Bürgern die komplette Bandbreite nachhaltiger Mobilität vor Ort näher zu bringen.
Dafür wird am 16.09. von 10-17 Uhr der Parkplatz an der Grantham-Allee in Sankt Augustin abgesperrt und umgenutzt. Es wird eine Aktionsfläche u.a. mit Testparcours für E-Bikes/E-Tretroller, Lastenräder und anderen Mobilitätsformen, eine Mini-Messe sowie das EMW-Camp geben, wo sich kommunale Vereine und Verbände vorstellen können.
Von 9-14 Uhr veranstaltet die Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg eine Fachveranstaltung zum Thema Mobilität. Die Anmeldemodalitäten sowie die Agenda folgen demnächst.
Die offizielle Eröffnung der Aktionsfläche erfolgt dann um 10 Uhr durch die Bürgermeister der beteiligten Kommunen.
