Detailed description (English): The prescription of physical exercise through what has been called "Socio-sanitary Recipe" taking advantage of local resources, and developed through a participatory process, and promoting the use of what has been called "Bicycle Recipe" to encourage use of this type of transport. In both cases it is prescribed as a generic drug for the population in the form of non-pharmacological treatment.
The prescription of physical exercise is defined as the process by which a person is recommended a regimen of physical activity in a systematic and individualized way. The art of exercise prescription consists of successfully integrating exercise science and health promotion techniques, so that resolution and the ability to carry out an exercise program are integrated into each person's goals.
The MobilityAction proposal has been developed in two different, but complementary lines, which are the following:
On the one hand, it has participated in an intervention proposal in a neighbourhood of the city of Toledo, implementing what has been called "Socio-sanitary Recipe", taking advantage of local resources, through a participatory process, and on the other, it has collaborated with different entities to disseminate what has been called "Bicycle Recipe" to promote its use by regulating its use as a non-pharmacological treatment.
