Detailed description (English): Presentation of the location of bicycle parking and bicycle repair stations in the Spatial Data Infrastructure (Geographic Information System) of the Provincial Council of Cádiz.
During the 2020/2021 campaigns of European Mobility Week, the Provincial Energy Agency acquired and delivered a total of 416 bicycle parking units distributed among all municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants, and autonomous local entities, in the province of Cadiz.
Due to the large number of units already delivered and installed by the municipalities, the Provincial Energy Agency has requested those responsible for the IDE Cádiz of the Diputación (Geographic Information System), to be incorporated and geopositioned in the new GEOCADIZ viewer (link), as of September 2022, the location of all the units installed by the participating municipalities, so that cyclists and citizens in general know where to park their bicycles. Similarly, the location of bicycle repair stations will also be geopositioned.
Detailed description (original language): Presentación de localización de aparca bicicletas y estaciones de reparación de bicletas en la Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales (Sistema de Información Geográfica) de la Diputación Provinical de Cádiz.
Durante las campañas 2020/2021 de la Semana Europea de la Movilidad, la Agencia Provincial de la Energía adquirió y entrego un total de 416 unidades de aparca bicicletas repartidos entre todos los municipios menores de 20.000 habitantes, y entidades locales autónomas, de la provincia de Cádiz.
Debido al amplio número ya de unidades entregadas e instaladas por los propios ayuntamientos, se ha solicitado -desde la Agencia Provincial de la Energía- a los responsables del IDE Cádiz de la Diputación (Sistema de Información Geográfica), que se incorporen y geoposicionen en el nuevo visor de GEOCADIZ (enlace), a partir del mes de septiembre de 2022, la ubicación de todas las unidades instaladas por parte de los municipios participantes, de cara a que los ciclo-turistas y la ciudadanía en general, conozcan donde poder aparcar sus bicicletas. Del mismo modo, también se geoposicionará la ubicación de las estaciones de reparación de bicicletas.
