Detailed description (English): VT Students of Education and Environmental Control make the MP during the first trimester of the course, with the support of the Teaching Team, through a Teaching-Learning methodology, based on solving problems, collaboratively, as a team, in 4 weeks, working together in class 30 h per week. They pick up all the information they need from our School and other reference organizations.
The MP must consist of at least the following contents:
• General objectives.
• Awareness: Communication materials and strategies / techniques.
• Evaluation of the Learning center (our School).
• Personnel surveys.
• Analysis of the information.
• Diagnosis (Weaknesses, Threats, Strengths and Opportunities: WTSO).
• Planning: Specific objectives, goals, indicators, actions / measures.
• Promotion / communication campaign: Messages, materials and actions.
• Monitoring of the fulfillment of the objectives: Measurement of indicators (how, when and who).
• Evaluation: Comparison of the results of the monitoring indicators with those foreseen in the performance of the specific objectives / goals. Measure of the effectiveness of the measures adopted.
• Bringing up to date.
The MP key points:
✔Mobility coordinator: There has to be a person appointed for that position, with detailed duties and the capacity to carry out the plan.
✔ Plan document: Written and published available to employees.
✔ Reference data: There has to be data on the starting situation, specifically an evaluation of the workplace and the staff mobility survey has to have been carried out.
✔ SMART Objectives: The plan must contain Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant objectives to be met within a period of Time.
✔ Concrete measures: There must be tangible results, for example, protected places to park bicycles, telecommuting, showers, help to buy transport passes.
✔ Committed resources: There has to be a specific and sufficient allocation of committed resources for the implementation of the plan.
✔ Monitoring mechanism: Evidence of a systematic approach to measure its operation. In other words, who has reviewed its performance, how often, what indicators are measured and how, and what to do if the expected results are not achieved.
Once the Plan has been made by our VT students , the Environment Team will try to implement it in school during the first semester of 2021.
We will bring up to date every school year.
Detailed description (original language): Los estudiantes de FP de Educación y Control Ambiental realizan el PM durante el primer trimestre del curso, con el apoyo del equipo docente, a través de una metodología de enseñanza-aprendizaje, basada en la resolución de problemas, en equipo, en 4 semanas, trabajando juntos en clase 30 h por semana. El alumnado obtiene toda la información que necesita de nuestra escuela y de otras organizaciones de referencia.
El PM debe constar de al menos los siguientes contenidos:
• Objetivos generales.
• Concienciación: Materiales de comunicación y estrategias / técnicas.
• Evaluación del centro de aprendizaje (nuestra escuela).
• Encuestas de personal.
• Análisis de la información.
• Diagnóstico (Debilidades, Amenazas, Fortalezas y Oportunidades: DAFO).
• Planificación: Objetivos específicos, metas, indicadores, acciones / medidas.
• Campaña de promoción / comunicación: Mensajes, materiales y acciones.
• Seguimiento del cumplimiento de los objetivos: Medición de indicadores (cómo, cuándo y quién).
• Evaluación: Comparación de los resultados de los indicadores de seguimiento con los previstos en el desempeño de los objetivos / metas específicos. Medida de la efectividad de las medidas adoptadas.
• Actualización.
Los puntos clave de MP:
✔ Coordinador de movilidad: Debe haber una persona designada para ese puesto, con deberes detallados y la capacidad para llevar a cabo el plan.
✔ Documento del plan: Escrito y publicado, disponible para los trabajadores y trabajadoras.
✔ Datos de referencia: Debe haber datos sobre la situación inicial. En concreto, hay que realizar una evaluación del lugar de trabajo y la encuesta de movilidad del personal.
✔ Objetivos SMART: El plan debe contener objetivos específicos, medibles, alcanzables y relevantes que deben cumplirse dentro de un período de tiempo.
✔ Medidas concretas: Debe haber resultados tangibles, por ejemplo, lugares protegidos para estacionar bicicletas, teletrabajo, duchas, ayuda para comprar pases de transporte.
✔ Recursos comprometidos: Tiene que haber una asignación específica y suficiente de recursos comprometidos para la implementación del plan.
✔ Mecanismo de seguimiento: Evidencia de un enfoque sistemático para medir su funcionamiento. En otras palabras, quién ha revisado su desempeño, con qué frecuencia, qué indicadores se miden y cómo, y qué hacer si no se alcanzan los resultados esperados.
Una vez hecho el Plan de Movilidad por nuestro alumnado de FP, el Equipo de Medio Ambiente intentará implementarlo en la Escuela durante el primer semestre de 2021.

Objectives: GENERAL OBJECTIVES
Reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.
Increase and encourage the use of sustainable transport (bike, public transport, carpool ...), reducing the number of people who use the private vehicle to go to our school.
Raise awareness and train our stakeholders on the value and importance of sustainable mobility, as well as providing complementary information on it (public transport schedules, proximity to other workers to share a vehicle ...).
Improve road safety and accessibility to the center, reducing the need for commuting to school and its duration.
Reduce stress of workers due to mobility to school.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Improve the mobility information on the Egibide website
Encourage communication between workers and other stakeholders at the school to go to school, making them aware of the facilities available in Egibide.
Improve bicycle parkings on campus, increasing their capacity, use and availability, to more efficiently satisfy the mobility needs of our stakeholders.
Promote the use of walking, cycling and public transport when traveling to school and between different campus.
Laying the foundations for a sustainable mobility policy for the center.
Expected Outcomes: 25%- 50% of students and workers of Jesús Obrero campus in Egibide (more than 1.000 people).
