Detailed description (English): When analysing the city we detected activities already happening, that are actually working towards a healthier and more sustainable mobility. In this case, the event organised by the healthcare centre is focused on the health benefits of taking a walk. We really wanted to promote it, and to make everyone in the city aware of this existing pursuit. Every week a nurse makes a medical control on every participant and plans a walkable route which last not more than 1 hour. Before the route starts, the nurse gives some advice on how to stretch your muscles, how to breathe correctly, or what to eat after doing some sport activity.
Target group(s): Healthcare centre patients and anyone interested in walking as a way of improving your health.
Objectives: -Promote healthy mobility choices
-Invite people to try out alternatives to car use.
Expected Outcomes: 60 participants registered at the healthcare office.
Partner: Carlet Healthcare centre
