Detailed description (English): AENOR certifies "Autocares Julián de Castro" (one of the private regional Bus Operator of Madrid Region, its efficient driving system, according to its EA 0050 specification.
In September 2021, "Autocares Julián de Castro" has incorporated into its integrated system of environmental improvement processes the certification of its efficient driving system by the third party entity AENOR.
This certificate, based on the AENOR EA 0050 Specification, certifies that the Company has implemented an Efficient Driving Management System for industrial vehicles, improving their energy efficiency and sustainability.
In their audit report, AENOR have highlighted as strong points: "the incorporation of 10 hybrid buses and Euro VI", "the emissions reduction results obtained during 2020", as well as the systematic established for the "Efficient Driving Management System" , "The detailed reports of drivers by service, the evolution of the fleet, or the coaching work of the drivers in the workplace itself", among other aspects.
In addition, they have underlined the "training and information work" of the organization for the development of the management system.
The System combines the incorporation in the vehicles of non-intrusive monitoring technologies that connect to the Bus, together with processes and methodologies for the improvement and efficiency in driving performance, involves contributions from the Quality and Processes department, of the service planning technicians and the Workshop area, as well as, of course, a lot of involvement of the training technicians and expert coaches

En septiembre 2021, Autocares Julián de Castro, S.A. ha incorporado dentro de su sistema integrado de procesos de mejora medioambiental la certificación de su sistema de conducción eficiente por la entidad de tercera parte AENOR. Este certificado, basado en la Especificación AENOR EA 0050, acredita que la Compañía ha implantado un Sistema de Gestión de Conducción Eficiente de Vehículos industriales, mejorando su eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad. En su informe de auditoría, los expertos de AENOR han destacado como puntos fuertes “la incorporación de 10 autobuses híbridos y Euro VI”, “los resultados de reducción obtenidos durante 2020”, así como la sistemática establecida para el Sistema de Gestión de Conducción Eficiente, “los informes de detalle de conductores por servicio, la evolución de la flota, o las labores de coaching en el propio puesto de trabajo a los conductores”, entre otros aspectos. Además, han subrayado la “labor de formación e información” de la organización para el desarrollo del sistema de gestión.
El SGCE, que combina la incorporación en los vehículos de tecnologías de monitorización no intrusivas que se conectan al Bus, junto con procesos y metodologías para la mejora y eficiencia en el desempeño de la conducción, implica contribuciones por parte del departamento de calidad y procesos, de los técnicos de planificación del servicio y del área de Taller, así como por supuesto bastante implicación de los tecnicos formadores y coach
