Detailed description (English): During the European Mobility Week, we are encouraging employees to move, to experience soft mobility and to potentially adopt it on a daily basis!
We aim to mobilize the group's employees by inviting them to travel, during the European Mobility week, the average distance that separates VGF's HQ from the homes of all the group's employees with soft mobility only.
#1: Via a survey sent by email two days before, we collect data by asking employees how many kilometers separate their home from VGF's HQ.
#2: We then calculate the average number of kilometers that separate their home from the head office for all VGF employees.
#3: We make this number an objective for all employee to achieve by using soft mobility only (on foot, running, cycling, electric bus, metro) during the European Mobility Week.
#4: Employees are then invited to post photos of themselves on LinkedIn when they are doing the challenge with the hashtag #VGFmobilitychallenge or send them over to the VGF communication department.
#5: At the end of the week, a draw is made among all the participants to determine a winner.
