In kindergarten, educators are, in addition to parents, persons close and important to children. In the month of September, new child enters kindergarten. In period of kindergarten adjustment, child can very often feel alone, lost and helpless. It must adapt to a series of requirements. For most children going to kindergarten represents a certain level of stress, which can be manifested through emotional, physical and behavioural reactions. Therefore, during September, and especially in the week from 16 to 22 September, everyday educators will do Mindfulness exercises, methods and relaxation exercises "Cool cats" and RESCUR On waves, Resistance curriculum.
Mindfulness exercises are very simple. They can be done sitting on a chair or on the floor, lying down, standing or moving. We will also introduce parents to the exercises so that they can do them with their children. Exercises can be used on the way to kindergarten while driving or walking to kindergarten. The benefits of physical exercises are muscular and body strength. Mindfulness is a skill that keeps our brain healthy and strong. Exercises will help children overcome stress when adjusting to kindergarten. Detailed description (original language): Mentalno zdravlje male djece pretpostavka je mentalnog zdravlja starije djece, adolescenata i odraslih.
