Detailed description (English): Program for older adults in county Galway which will run for 4 weeks. Participants will receive a pedometer and calendar for tracking their steps for the 4 weeks and be encouraged to increase their steps each day. There will also be online Chair Exercise and Chair Yoga classes for participants to take part in each week.
