Detailed description (English): 30logna (or "Bologna30") is a citizens' initiative to collect at least 10.000 signatures for supporting a petition for asking the New Major of Bologna (Emilia-Romagna, Italy) for the 2021-2026 mandate to make the city a 30 kph town.
30logna started collecting all scientific evidence, data, statistics and good practices from towns and cities around Europe that are already gone 30 kph such as entire Spain, Paris, Nantes, Lille, Grenoble, Bruxelles, Graz, Geneve, Helsinki and so on... All pieces of information have been elaborated and gathered into a website (www.bologna30.it) and have been communicated to the people through a Facebook page (@30logna) and an Instagram account, without forgetting some press releases. The idea was to start giving the citizens correct information about what is going on abroad in terms of urban living and transportation. Bologna has a chaotic traffic and terrible records in terms of incidents, deaths and wounded related to mobility (20 deaths and 2600 serious wounded per year in the last 10 years with a pop. of scarce 400.000) and is also affected by air quality issues, poor safety and noise. 30logna managed to produce and entire series of advertising material to make the people aware of the big advantages a 30 kph city can bring - such as reducing mortality rate, less noise, less pollution and so on. 30logna gathered around the project more than 30 committees and associations and is now collecting signatures everywhere possible in the city for reaching the 10.000 and drive the city to a better future for everybody.
Detailed description (original language): 30logna (o "Bologna30") è un'iniziativa dei cittadini per raccogliere almeno 10.000 firme per sostenere una petizione per chiedere al Nuovo Sindaco di Bologna (mandato 2021-2026) di rendere la città una città a 30 km/h.
30logna ha iniziato a raccogliere tutte le prove scientifiche, i dati, le statistiche e le buone pratiche dalle città d'Europa che sono già passate a 30 km/h come l'intera Spagna, Parigi, Nantes, Lille, Grenoble, Bruxelles, Graz, Helsinki e così via... Tutte le informazioni sono state elaborate e raccolte in un sito web (www.bologna30.it) e sono state comunicate alla gente attraverso una pagina Facebook (@30logna) e un account Instagram, senza dimenticare alcuni comunicati stampa. L'idea era quella di iniziare a dare ai cittadini informazioni corrette su ciò che sta succedendo all'estero in termini di vita urbana e trasporti. Bologna ha un traffico caotico e record terribili in termini di incidenti, morti e feriti legati alla mobilità (20 morti e 2600 feriti gravi all'anno negli ultimi 10 anni con una popolazione di 400.000 abitanti scarsi) ed è anche colpita da problemi di qualità dell'aria, scarsa sicurezza e rumore. 30logna è riuscita a produrre tutta una serie di materiale pubblicitario per rendere la gente consapevole dei grandi vantaggi che una città a 30 km/h può portare - come la riduzione del tasso di mortalità, meno rumore, meno inquinamento e così via. 30logna ha riunito intorno al progetto più di 30 comitati e associazioni e ora sta raccogliendo firme ovunque possibile in città per raggiungere i 10.000 a portare la città verso un futuro migliore
