Detailed description (English): Ministry of National Defence Republic of Lithuania European mark mobility week throughout September! We invite our employees to create new or to continue existing habits, to move more than usual and pay more attention to their own health. The project of internal communication consists of 3 mobility events and 1 final event. In September, MoD and 10 institutions, which are accountable to MoD, are moving more than 10 000 steps per person every day!
From 1st to 29th of September we invited our employees to participate in the step-counting challenge. The main goal is to encourage the employees to move more and stay healthy. At this moment, 400 employees are participating in this challenge and this number is growing. Together we have already taken 31 million steps and will achieve more till the end of this event.
On the 11th of September, the Team of MoD will participate in “Rimi Vilnius Marathon2022”. This year we have nearly 500 runners, who chose 5 or 10 kilometres distances.
On 25th of September, a team of MoD together with families and friends will participate in “Ejimas” event and they will walk 5, 15 or 25 kilometres distances. Registration is still open, and at this moment we have 80 participants.
30th of September Closing event of "MoD moves!” will take place. At this event we will share stories about our colleagues experience on this project, summarize the results, reward employees and groups, who have walked the most steps.

Krašto apsaugos ministerija judumo savaitę mini visą rugsėjį! Siekdami skatinti darbuotojus daugiau judėti ir rūpintis savo sveikata, pakvietėme kurti naujus įpročius arba tęsti jau esamus. Projektą sudaro 3 judumo ir vienas apibendrinamasis renginys. Iniciatyva skirta Krašto apsaugos ministerijos ir ministerijai pavaldžių institucijų darbuotojams. Prie šios vidinės komunikacijos projekto prisijungė 11 institucijų.
Rugsėjo 1-29 d. institucijų darbuotojai ir komandos varžosi žingsnių rinkimo iššūkyje. Iššūkio tikslas – skatinti darbuotojus kuo daugiau judėti ir atsisakyti automobilių. Šiuo metu iššūkyje dalyvauja 400 darbuotojų, jų skaičius auga, nes prisijungti galima bet kada. Kartu esame jau nuėję 31 mln. žingsnių ir tai dar ne pabaiga!
Rugsėjo 11 d. KAM suburta komanda dalyvaus „Rimi Vilniaus maratone 2022“. Šiais metais mūsų komandą sudarys 500 bėgikų, kurie yra pasirinkę 5 arba 10 km trasas.
Rugsėjo 25 d. KAM darbuotojų komanda kartu su savo draugais ir artimaisiais dalyvaus Ėjimo renginyje ir eis 5, 15 arba 25 km trąsas. Nors registracija vis dar vykdoma, šiuo metu turime jau 80 dalyvių.
Rugsėjo 30 d. projekto uždarymo renginys, kurio metu bus apibendrinti renginių rezultatai. Apdovanosime daugiausiai nuėjusias komandas ir darbuotojus, pasidalinsime istorijomis iš vykusių renginių.
