Detailed description (English): The training focuses on the following key points:
1. Rights and obligations of public transport services providers in the city.
2. Accessability of the transport industry for population groups with limited mobility (by regional representative of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine in Poltava region Iryna Tverdokhlib);
3. Support of passengers with impaired vision, hearing, mental and intellectual, physical disabilities. Ethics of Communication (Maryna Babets: Head of Poltava Branch of Ukrainian Organization of People with Disabilities "Generation of Successful Action", Usenko Leonid - Chairman of Poltava Regional Organization of UTOG, Popova Elvira - Chairman of the Educational and Rehabilitation Center "Sonyashnyk".
Detailed description (original language): Засвоєння базових знань з питань надання послуг для осіб з інвалідністю та маломобільним у громадському транспорті, існуючої методики супроводу та етикету спілкування.
1. Права та обов’язки перевізників пасажирів;
2. Доступність транспортної галузі для маломобільних груп населення (регіональний представник Національної Асамблеї людей з інвалідністю України у Полтавській області Твердохліб Ірина);
3. Супровід пасажирів з порушенням зору, слуху, психічними та інтелектуальними порушеннями, опроно-рухового апарату. Objectives: The objectives are to promote knowledge of the citizens on the following subjects related to mobility and public transport services:
1. Rights and obligations of public transport services providers in the city.
2. Accessability of the transport industry for population groups with limited mobility (by regional representative of the National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine in Poltava region Iryna Tverdokhlib);
3. Support of passengers with impaired vision, hearing, mental and intellectual, physical disabilities. Ethics of Communication (Maryna Babets: Head of Poltava Branch of Ukrainian Organization of People with Disabilities "Generation of Successful Action", Usenko Leonid - Chairman of Poltava Regional Organization of UTOG, Popova Elvira - Chairman of the Educational and Rehabilitation Center "Sonyashnyk".
Expected Outcomes: The event will highlight an urgent issue for the city - accessability of transport services for all population groups. Local authorities will also be involved and a video will be produced afterwards with do's and dont's of helping people with disabilities and limited mobility, which will be shown in the public transport of the city on a daily basis.
