Detailed description (English): The Ambient@lMents Project is part of a larger project called MENTS. This project is led by the Dept. of Quality, SSL and RSC, and supported by Dept. of Communication and Participation Group for the working people and for the people we care for, in all the entities in the group and all the territories.
We currently have more than 150 services in the demarcations of Girona, Barcelona, Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre and in the City of Lleida. We are more than 1.000 workers and we care for more than 10.000 persons from all types of collectives.
We have a high commitment to the ODS of Agenda 2030 and therefore created the MENTS project to respond to all 17 objectives. In this case the Ambient@lMents Project focuses on the themes of our own 9R label, sustainability, responsible purchase and consumption and the environment. In this way we encompass ODS1,2,3, 4,6,7,8, 9, 11,12,13,14,15 and 17.
This encompasses three types of activities:
1-Tracking Activities: Monthly awareness campaigns in this case on efficient driving, bicycle guide, responsible consumption and promoting public or shared transport. The materials are adapted according to their needs.
2. Improvement activities: The management and service leaders receive information on good practices in day-to-day management of the service.
3. Strategic activities: Data are collected and recorded by creating reports for our social balance sheet annually with our own environmental action plan and self-certification. We manage adherence to manifestos, pacts, surveys about mobility and also buying electric cars for our services.
Detailed description (original language): El Projecte Ambient.lMents és part d'un projecte més gran anomenat MENTS. Aquest projecte està dirigit pel Dept. of Quality, SSL i RSC, i recolzat pel Dept. of Communication and Participation Group per als treballadors i per a les persones que ens preocupen, en totes les entitats del grup i tots els territoris.
Actualment tenim més de 150 serveis en les demarcacions de Girona, Barcelona, Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre i la ciutat de Lleida. Som més de 1.000 treballadors i cuidem més de 10.000 persones de tota mena de col·lectius.
Tenim un gran compromís amb la ODS de l'Agenda 2030 i, per tant, hem creat el projecte MENTS per a respondre als 17 objectius. En aquest cas, el Projecte Ambient.lMents se centra en els temes de la nostra pròpia etiqueta de 9R, sostenibilitat, compra i consum responsable i el medi ambient. D'aquesta manera abastem ODS1,2,3, 4,6,7,8, 9, 11,12,13,14,15 i 17.
Això inclou tres tipus d'activitats:
Activitats d'un trampolí: campanyes de sensibilització mensual en aquest cas sobre conducció eficient, guia de bicicletes, consum responsable i promoció de transport públic o compartit. Els materials s'adapten segons les seves necessitats.
2. Activitats de millora: Els líders de la gestió i els serveis reben informació sobre bones pràctiques en la gestió diària del servei.
3. Activitats estratègiques: Les dades es recullen i es registren creant informes per al nostre balanç social anualment amb el nostre propi pla d'acció mediambiental i autocertificació. Aconseguim l'adhesió a manifestos, pactes, enquestes sobre mobilitat i també comprar cotxes elèctrics.
Target group(s): Workers and people we care for
Objectives: We want to make it possible for the working people and the people we care for to make a change of mentality towards environmental and social sustainability by being part of the actions. By promoting equality, responsible consumption, good environmental practices, the RSC in the territories where we have an impact on all our positions through participatory culture and alignment with the ODS of Agenda 2030 with the promotion of:
- Healthy mobility (on foot or on a bicycle)
- Public transport and sharing
- Meetings by videoconference and remote work when this is possible.
