Detailed description (English): In a period of technology and stress, many of us are looking for different ways of relaxation. 'The Therapeutic Avenue' is the place where people can connect with nature in a certain way. Here, wishes can become obsolete on materials such as fir or corn cones that act on over 7,000 nerve endings of the soles.
Such a practice influences the conductivity of the skin, regulates the heart rate, reduces stress, regulates blood glucose and improves the immune system.
Walking barefoot helps to release negative feelings and restore organic and intellectual balance. It also helps relieve the psychological pressure that destroys the immune system, making it vulnerable.
Beneficial effects on the body can stimulate walking and renouncing the use of means of transport (cars).
The 'Therapeutic Avenue' is divided into several sections 1-2 m long. Each section is covered with the following materials: sand, transverse and horizontal wood, hay, logs, leaves, brick, grass, sawdust, corn cobs, river stone, gravel and fir cones. Their order is not accidental. The materials are positioned so that they feel a foot-consciousness beneficial to the whole body.
The circuit must be done very slowly and it is recommended to do it several times. Our ancestors were barefoot and were not stressed, they were not sick. As a result of 'barefoot treatments', there are beneficial changes in the spine, changes in heart rate or decrease in inflammation.
