Detailed description (English): This initiative of the COMPANIES FOR SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY platform (www.movilidadsostenible.com.es) aims to promote public-private collaboration and facilitate decision-making by municipalities for the implementation and improvement of Urban Low Emission Zones (ZBE).
A website (www.zonasdebajasemisiones.com) with free access, prior registration, offers in an entertaining way and constantly updated educational content with services, experience, solutions and best practices to guide and provide useful information to those responsible for Urban Low Emission Zones.
Detailed description (original language): Esta iniciativa de la plataforma EMPRESAS POR LA MOVILIDAD SOSTENIBLE (www.movilidadsostenible.com.es) tiene como objetivo fomentar la colaboración público-privada y facilitar la toma de decisiones por parte de los ayuntamientos para la implantación y mejora de las Zonas de Bajas Emisiones.
El acceso a los contenidos es gratuito (www.zonasdebajasemisiones.com) , previo registro, y ofrece de forma amena y didáctica los servicios, experiencia, soluciones y casos de éxito para facilitar información útil a los responsables de las Zonas de Bajas Emisiones. Los contenidos de esta plataforma se actualizan constantemente incorporando las últimas novedades y casos de éxito.
Target group(s): Managers and technicians of town halls in Spain that must implement the Low Emission Zones. All cities with 50,000 citizens or more and those from 20.000 citizens with a poor air quality index.
Objectives: Show the benefits of implementing Low Emission Zones in cities to improve the quality of life of their inhabitants and at the same time, aims to promote public-private collaboration and facilitate decision-making by municipalities for the implementation and improvement of Urban Low Emission Zones (ZBE).
