Detailed description (English): As a true reflection of the SEM 2022 theme, we reinforced our "best connections" on sustainable mobility by launching two interpretive itineraries, one on foot and the other by bike, to publicize the sustainable, healthy and safe environmental environment of the Puerto Real campus, with the collaboration of the Marisma de Los Toruños and Pinar de La Algaida Metropolitan Park, the Friends of the Natural Spaces Environmental Association of Cádiz, the Provincial Traffic Headquarters of Cádiz and the Environment Service of the Puerto Real City Council.
With these interpretive itineraries we want to give visibility to the environmental commitments assumed by these institutions with Sustainable Mobility, all under the horizon set by the guidelines set forth in the Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the United Nations and which are manifested in: reduction of CO2 emissions , reduction of economic spending, reduction of accidents, equal opportunities, accessibility, proliferation of road awareness, as well as the socialization of the university community.
The fundamental objective of this participatory event is to enhance the biodiversity of the surroundings of the Puerto Real university campus and the Los Toruños and Pinar de la Algaida Marisma Metropolitan Park in the municipality of Puerto Real.
The choice of this space for the development of this action to promote natural mobility is due to two main reasons, on the one hand, its location: adjacent to the Puerto Real Campus, and on the other, the uniqueness of the natural values that it presents.
Detailed description (original language): La Oficina para la Sostenibilidad, perteneciente a la Delegación del Rector para las Políticas de Responsabilidad Social y Corporativa, se une a la Semana Europea de la Movilidad 2022 promocionando el desplazamiento natural y activo dentro la comunidad universitaria UCA con la organización de un "Itinerario interpretativo en bici, sostenible, saludable y seguro por el entorno ambiental del Campus de Puerto Real" el próximo 20 de septiembre.
Con estos itinerarios interpretativos queremos dar visibilidad a los compromisos ambientales asumidos desde estas instituciones con la Movilidad Sostenible todo ello bajo el horizonte marcado por las directrices plasmadas en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible impulsado por Naciones Unidas y que se manifiestan en: reducción de emisiones de CO2, reducción gasto económico, reducción de la siniestralidad, igualdad de oportunidades, accesibilidad, proliferación de conciencia vial, así como la socialización de la comunidad universitaria.
Esta jornada participativa tiene como objetivo fundamental la puesta en valor de la biodiversidad del entorno del campus universitario de Puerto Real y el Parque Metropolitano Marisma de Los Toruños y Pinar de la Algaida en el término municipal de Puerto Real.
La elección de este espacio para el desarrollo de esta acción de fomento de la movilidad natural se debe a dos motivos principalmente, por un lado, a su ubicación: colindante al Campus de Puerto Real, y por otro, a la singularidad de los valores naturales que presenta, siendo únicos en el entorno de la Bahía de Cádiz.
Target group(s): The recipients will be all members of the UCA university community (students, PDI, PAS and graduates).
Those members who are part of the collaborating entities of the action may participate in the same way.

OBJECTIVES:
-Promote natural and sustainable mobility, basically cyclists and pedestrians, in addition to promoting healthy habits.
-Raise awareness among the population in general and the university community in particular, of the benefit for the common good of this type of movement, pedestrian and non-motorized transport to and from the university campus.
-Promote behavioral change in favor of active mobility, promoting a healthy life for all members of the university community.
-Make visible the synergies and connections between people and places that work on sustainable mobility.
-Disseminate, in addition to sustainable mobility, other cross-cutting and interrelated messages related to climate change, the health of the planet, our own health, a new lifestyle, our responsibility towards the environment and university social responsibility.
-Promote those practices that are beneficial for the environment and social awareness in relation to sustainable mobility.
-Facilitate the approach of the university community to the population of Puerto Real and the privileged environment of Puerto Real to university life.
Partner: The interpretive itinerary is organized by the Rector's Delegation for Social and Corporate Responsibility Policies, through the Office for Sustainability, and has the collaboration of the Marisma de Los Toruños and Pinar de la Algaida Metropolitan Park, of the Environmental Association Friends of the Natural Areas of Cadiz, the Provincial Traffic Headquarters of Cadiz and the Environment Service of the Puerto Real City Council.
