Detailed description (English): The activity will start on the 20th of September at 18 o'clock at the main Mnicipality park, wher participants will be devided into groups. As the activity is foreseen for young cchildren, each group will have an accompaniny youth worker for the safety and protaction and any additional support they might need. The groups will recieve a map, that will guide them threw the Celje Municipality Forest stopping at different educatinal points. Each point will have a question, right answer will win them a sticker that they will have to stick on the map. The end stop is the Tree house in the municipality Forest, which was co-funded threw the project GREEN4GREY.
Detailed description (original language): Aktivnost se bo pričela 20. septembra ob 18. uri v Celjskem mestnem parku. Udeleženci se bodo razvrstili v skupine, ker je aktivnost predvidena za otroke, bo pri vsaki skupini prisoten mladinski delavec, zaradi varnosti in dodatne podpore. Iz mestnega parka se bodo podali v Mestni gozd, kjer jih bodo čakali postanki na izobraževalnih točkah. Na točkah bodo prejeli vprašanje in pravilen odgovor jim bo prislužil nalepko. Z vsemi zbranimi nalepkami se bodo podali do končnega cilja, ki je Drevesna hiška v Mestnem gozdu, ki je bila zgrajena v sklopu projekta Gozdovi za mesta - GREEN4GREY, ki ga je vodila Mestna občina Celje v sodelovanju s celjsko enoto Zavoda za gozdove Slovenije so v Mestnem gozdu Celje.
Target group(s): interested public, general public, young people, teachers, non-governmental organizations, elderly, public institutions. There is a need to raise awareness and accessibility to information on climate change, sustainable development and the use of renewable sources. A rapidly changing environment establishes the needs to adapt the daily lives of citizens and to find suitable information and tools that will respond to those needs.
Objectives: - Learning about forest ecosystems;
- Learing about a good prectice that was cofunded by EU project (Tree house)
- Learning about biodiversity of ecosystems
- Learing about ecological stability of the urban environment
Expected Outcomes: - increasing interest in the EU themes,
- increased awareness of the importance of protecting the environment,
- interest and better knowledge of the topic of environmental protection, climate change
- promote ecological behavior and consequently a healthier life,
- promote active participation,
- promote Mobility Week,
-promotion of projects co-financed by the EU in order to bring the EU content to citizens,
