Car-free day Car-free day

Jászberény carries out a Car-Free Day 2010 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Lehel vezér téri szervízút (a Gimnáziumtól az OTP-ig lezárt terület)
A 32. főúttal párhuzamos szervízút igen kedvelt és forgalmas útja a városnak, a legfontosabb közintézmények előtt halad el (Lehel Vezér Gimnázium, Déryné Művelődési Központ, Városháza, Okmányiroda, OTP, üzletek). Ez az út emellett igen kedvelt parkolóhely is, a város legközepe, fő kőzlekedési útja az itt élőknek.
