Zalaszentgrót carries out a Car-Free Day 2014 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Zalaszentgrót Város Önkormányzatának Képviselő-testülete 2014. szeptember 22. napján Európai Autómentes Napot szervez. A személygépkocsik behajtása szempontjából elzárt terület a 8790 Zalaszentgrót, 742 hrsz. alatti, természetben az Ifjúság utca közterületnek a Deák Ferenc Általános Iskola, Gimnázium és Alapfokú Művészeti Iskola Ifjúság utca 2. szám alatti, 749 hrsz.-ú telephelyét érintő szakasza.
