Tulcea organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2006, taking into account the annual theme.

-public information actions( in mass media, schools and in the streets)
-debates about the dangerous effects of pollution and the beneffits of using bikes, buses or walking
-hiking and cleaning some leasure areas
-drawing contest with the theme "I'm happier when there is no smoke "
-bikes and roller skates competitions
Car-free day
Tulcea carries out a Car-Free Day 2006 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
