Car-free day Car-free day

Kostylivka carries out a Car-Free Day 2012 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
One of the main streets of the village - Lesi Ukrainky. approx. 1 km of the street will be closed for private cars during the day 22 September. On this day children competitions will be organized on the free of cars street.
