Activities within the week Activities within the week

Hajdúböszörmény organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2015, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
On wednesday we start the EMW with drawing competition awards, this is the opening. On thursday we make an infromative and awareness day in the community center. Fryday is a Tour day, there are two way to find fun, you can travel by train to Tócó-völgy, or ride to Csonkatorony of Zelemér by bike. On saturday the Tekergők SE organize bicycle practice, also for people who bikeless. Monday we collect electrical trashes in the main square. Thuesday the day, the Car-Free Day. Preschoolers draw on the street, we organize safety programs, Police exhibition, skill competention. Health is importent too for citizens, Tents will be set up in this subject. We order a Trial exhibition, people like that. After we will traditionally run and cycling on the big boulevard (its about 6,5 km). We close the event with a lottery, Inhabitants could win usefull accessary for more car-free days.

Car-free day Car-free day

Hajdúböszörmény carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
We close the main street(Kossuth street) from the traffic light (Kalvin square - Árpád street) to Dorogi street cross Diószegi street-Deák street.This way our main square will be bigger for community.
