Timisoara organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2018, taking into account the annual theme.

16 September
- Cup of mobility : football championship with homeless children, childrens from disadvantaged backgrounds and detainees from Popa Sapca penitentiary.
- Father & Son challenge : sports activities with children and their fathers
- Flashmob in downtown of Timisoara
- Rhythmic gymnastics in Liberty Plaza : rhythmic gymnastics demonstrations
- Collaboration between Timisoara City Hall and the Traffic Police - a campaign unfolded throughout the event, about informing the public about road accidents and the safety of bikers in traffic
- Vaporetto Week : This year, Timisoara City Hall, put into circulation on the Bega canal, seven electric vaporeto, thus encouraging citizens to use an environmentally friendly means of public transport.Throughout the event, citizens will be offered free rides on the vaporetto.
- Alergotura - Sunnday Running : citizens of all ages are invited to run on different routes through the city
17 September
- Boxing demonstrations of the students attending the "Banatul" high school in Libery Plaza.
- Cycling demonstrations : 100 bicycles will be located in Victoria Square, in order to encourage people to do sports.
- VeloTm Race : Timisoara is the most friendly city for cyclists, it has the most kilometers of cycling track from Romania, and the City Hall has made available to citizens free of charge bike rental system VeloTm.These bicycles will be made available to people to participate in the VeloTm race that will start in front of the City Hall and will take place throughout the city.
