Dévaványa carries out a Car-Free Day 2018 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
A város központjában lévő főtér a Hősök tere, Bem utca, Széchenyi utca egy része kerül lezárásra. Itt található a református és a katolikus templom, üzletek és iskola, illetve napközi konyha is van ezen a részen.
