1469 street will be closed to traffic.

A part of Cumhuriyet Blv. will be closed to traffic.
Bike sharing system will be free for all citizens during the day.
Public will test new cargo bikes and electric bikes during day. New bikes will be used for lojistics at the historic city center of İzmir after European Mobility Week activities.

Car-free day Car-free day

İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi (Izmir Metropolitan Municipality) carries out a Car-Free Day 2019 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Two roads will be closed to automobils at city center.
