Free event: Try out an Electric Bike and take part in an organised cycle along the Ulster Canal greenway from Monaghan town centre to Rossmore Forest Park.
Event starts 12 noon from MTEK Car Park on Armagh road. Journey distance 10km. Difficulty: easy Bring refreshments for break in Rossmore.

Free event: Try out an Electric Bike and take part in an organised cycle around spectacular Sliabh Beagh.
Event starts at 12 noon from Drum Trails premises at Donagh, Emyvale. Journey time: 3 hours. Difficulty: moderate, for adults only. Bring refreshments for a picnic on the mountain.
