Quart de Poblet organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2020, taking into account the annual theme.

16 September
European Mobility Week Opening: Presentation of Quart de Poblet's walking and cycling maps.
17 September
SEMS 2019 National Awards Ceremony: Mobility Department person in charge will participate in the event, presentating Quart de Poblet's actions which have been recently taken to improve the sustainable and smart mobility in the city.
18 September
Ruta del Agua: A guided walking tour through the city to discover and learn about Quart de poblet's water infraestructure heritage, an essential elements to understand the city's history and development.
19 September
Sustainable Mobility Competition: An online competition in which the participants have to upload a picture of them using their sustainable vehicles in their daily routines (such as bikes, skates or roller skates) or taking one at the photocall the municipality will install at Town Hall Square. The competition is divided in two categories: adults and childs. The winner will be rewarded with a brand new bike.

Car-Free Day: During the whole week, Quart de Poblet Municipality will keep Sant Onofre Avenue opened to the citizens.

Quart de Poblet carries out a Car-Free Day 2020 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
