Tulcea carries out a Car-Free Day 2022 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
- Isaccei Street will be closed on the 17th of September for cyclists (9:00 - 17:00)
- Unirii Street will be closed on the 22nd of September for activities with children (9:00 - 17:00)
