Street section in front of the city hall will be closed for car traffic. it will be open for pedestrians, cyclists and for alternative transportation. Vice-mayor with sportsmen and citizens will cycle around the street. Children will use street as an alternate space for chalk art. Students from Art gallery will make exhibition and paint in the street. musicians will play to create relaxing atmosphere. pedestrians will have time to walk and enjoy the evening in the city.
