Detailed description (English): Course content:
Day1 All-day lectures give an overview of the state of the art and future trends in alternative propulsion and energy storage technologies. This includes alternative fuels, battery systems, electric and hybrid drive concepts, as well as different challenges of system integration.
Day 2: Approaches for future mobility initiated by key-lectures, participants are involved into workshops to discuss and evaluate approaches for Green Mobility and System Integration. In this context, different conventional and innovative vehicle and infrastructure-related technologies are evaluated and compared under consideration of varying criteria. This includes economical, ecological and society-related impacts, as well as the complete life-cycle behavior, considering production, in-use and end-of-life phase.
Applicants should prepare a short motivation and describe their area of interest. The participants do not need any specific preparation but a basic professional or academic background.
