Detailed description (English): We call on parents, teachers and pupils to go to work or to school not by car, but on foot, by bike, scooter or public transport (bus and train) during the European Mobility Week from September 16 to 22, 2021.
Why? Going to school alone or with friends not only promotes independence and is the best road safety training, but is also good for the environment. And exercise is fun and healthy. So which school drops the most cars?
Detailed description (original language): Wir rufen Eltern, Lehrkräfte und Schüler:innen auf, während der Europäischen Mobilitätswoche vom 16. bis 22.09.2021 nicht mit dem Auto, sondern zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, dem Roller oder dem ÖPNV (Bus u. Bahn) zur Schule oder ihrer Arbeitsstätte zu gehen bzw. zu fahren.
Warum? Alleine oder mit Freund:innen zur Schule zu gehen, fördert nicht nur die Selbstständigkeit und ist das beste Verkehrssicherheitstraining, sondern ist auch noch gut für die Umwelt. Und Bewegung macht Spaß und ist gesund.
