On the occasion of World Children's Day and within the framework of the European
Mobility Week, they call for a rethink of transport policy. We want children and teenagers to be able to move around our cities safely and independently by bicycle.
More freedom to move around and ride a bike has become even more important in Corona times.

Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien am 19. und 20. September 2020 auf Fahrrädern eine riesige Kidical Mass veranstalten.
Zum Weltkindertag und im Rahmen der Europäischen Mobilitätswoche fordern sie ein Umdenken in der Verkehrspolitik. Wir wollen, dass sich Kinder sicher und selbständig mit dem Fahrrad in unseren Städten bewegen können.
Mehr Freiräume zum Bewegen und Fahrradfahren haben in Corona-Zeiten ein noch höhere Bedeutung gewonnen.

Objectives: Kidical Mass wants to get the whole of Germany on their bikes. For safe, autonomous, anxiety-free mobility – at any age!
Kidical Mass has clear political demands:
All children and adolescents should be able to cycle safely and autonomously around the city.
Anxiety-free cycling for everyone.
Safe network of bike paths for going to school.
30 kph inner-city speed limit.
Expected Outcomes: More than 90 cities participating, more than 100 bike demos/ events, more than 150 involved organizations and associations In a unique alliance of action.
