Detailed description (English): The "Val Belluna Bicycle Ride" is a bicycle tour of the Val Belluna, from Belluno to Feltre on the right bank side of the Piave river and back from Feltre to Belluno on the left right bank side of the river. The action wants to draw attention on the importance to complete the cycling infrastructures to connect the two cities of the valley, Belluno and Feltre. Furthermore, the railway favours the intermodality bicycle + train, so a safe cycle route will develop not only the tourism by bike, but also the bike-to-work, bike-to-school modalities. During the cycle tour meetings with local administrators are planned.
Because of COVID 19 there the number of participants is limited to 60, all members of FIAB - Federazione Italiana Ambiente e Bicicletta.
Detailed description (original language): Domenica 12 Settmbre avrà luogo la 4^ edizione de "La Grande Pedalata della Val Belluna", un tour cicloturistico da Belluno a Feltre in destra Piave e ritorno lungo la ciclabile della sinistra Piave. Causa Covid la partecipazione sarà riservata a socie e soci FIAB, in numero massimo di 60. Durante la manifestazione sono previsti incontri istituzionali con le amministrazioni comunali di Belluno, Santa Giustina, Feltre e Mel. Quest'anno si chiuderanno 4 cantieri in comune di Santa Giustina: sottopasso delle Gravazze, passerella ciclabile sul Vesès, ciclabile lungo la ferrovia, passerella ciclabile sul Caorame. Il prossimo anno quindi il percorso da Belluno a Busche sarà completo e in sicurezza. Rimane da risolvere il nodo di Busche, dove chi va in biciclette deve ancora percorrere 1 km sulla trafficata strada statale.

Objectives: To spur the local administrators in order to provide infrastructures to guarantee a safe cycling connection between the two cities of Belluno valley, that is Belluno and Feltre, both along the right and the left bank of the Piave river, about 80 km in total.
